Why can't I access Miner's resources? When I log in, I get the message "The entered username or password is incorrect"

 

The library does not determine access privileges. It is dependent upon your having an active status with AD credentials.

Electronic resources to which the library subscribes are governed by license agreements that restrict access to current active University of Rochester Faculty (including Emeritus), Staff, and Students. License agreements do not include guests or retirees. For more information about access, help with log-in, and resetting your AD password: Access to Miner Library Resources
