Why am I getting the error message that my card is locked when I swipe it to print?

Answer

This generally happens when you swipe your card at a second print station before enough time has elapsed for it to log out of the first print station. Try waiting a few minutes before swiping your card again to see if that resolves the issue. If not, contact the OneCard Customer Service Center at 585-275-3975.
