It generally takes 1 - 2 business days to fill a journal article or book chapter request and approximately 7 - 10 days to fill a book request. However, many requests are filled sooner.
Articles or book chapters digitized from materials in our collection have a general turnaround of 24 hours, Monday - Friday.
